Description: Why all the noise about Twitter? Is it just for young people? Much has been said about the use of Twitter in the media. While many businesses are already taking advantage of Twitter, most business owners don't correctly understand how Twitter can benefit their business or if it's even appropriate for their business. During this seminar, you'll learn: **The basics of Twitter **Choosing the right Twitter Account ID **Finding your audience **Monitoring your Twitter account **Twitter terminology **How to develop a following of both existing clients, potential clients **More effective Tweets through the use of "hash tags" By now you've heard of Pinterest and are wondering if it's worth your time and effort to create yet another social presence. There are more than 53 million unique registered Pinterest users in the United States and over 30 billion Pins on the site, with half of those added in the last eight months alone. During this seminar, you'll learn the basics of Pinterest, so you can make an informed decision if it is right for your brand. You'll learn how to set up an account, the difference between a business account and personal one, the anatomy of boards and pins, and how best to use them. Plus you'll get a quick peek into how other B2B brands are currently using Pinterest.
